Gregory Wilson, M.S., FAAA, CCC-A
Director of Clinical Audiology
Gregory Wilson is a fully licensed clinical audiologist with over eighteen years experience providing exceptional hearing healthcare to patients of all ages. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science Degree in Audiology from California State University, Sacramento. From pediatrics to geriatrics, he has specialized in fitting the latest applications of hearing aid technology. Mr.Wilson has also been influential in establishing important legislation relating to hearing impairment. He educates doctoral students from Towson University on clinical practice and has lectured at multiple professional engagements. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth football and boating with his wife and son.

Dr. Dawn Bledsoe, Au.D, FAAA,CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology
Location: Waldorf
Dr. Bledsoe obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology. She relocated to the Waldorf area after having worked closley with a renound Otolaryngology group in West Virginia. Her experience in all areas of auditory disorders was a perfect fit for the services provided at Hearing Specialty Group. Dr. Bledsoe is an expert in fitting the latest technologies of hearing aids and treating balance disorders.
Dr. Bledsoe also enjoys the pleasures of a large family with her husband and five wonderful children.

Dr. Matt Perry, Au.D
Clinical Audiologist
Location: Pikesville and Baltimore Highlands
Dr. Perry holds a Doctorate in Audiology from Towson University and completed his undergraduate training in Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of Utah. In addition to diagnostic work, he has performed research in the area of speech audiometry and computer based speech recognition testing. Dr. Perry takes pride and finds joy in harnessing the latest hearing aid technology to improve his patient's day to day lives. He has volunteered in a variety of settings, gaining experience in the public school system, non-profit sector, and with the Veteran's Administration. Dr. Perry was raised in Harford County, where he currently resides with his wife and two sons.

Melanie Esders
Clinical Audiologist
Location: Pikesville and Pasadena
Ms. Esders has received her training with Hearing Specialty Group during the past year. She will receive her official Docorate in Audiology in May 2008. Ms. Esders has received national attention for her research on Auditory Steady State Responses. She has been asked to present her research at the American Academy of Audiology conference in April 2008. In addition to her research, Ms. Esders has become extremely proficient at hearing aid fittings. Her delightful personality immediately sets her patients at ease. Ms. Esders was raised in Maryland and enjoys the excitement of living Baltimore. Having received her undergraduate studies on a full athletic scholarship, it is no surprise that Ms. Esders loves to remain active.
